We are a delicious gourmet home bakery. Everything is made to order. Everything is baked from scratch with no added preservatives. Our mini cakes, cupcakes, cookies and sweet breads will help your dessert table stand out at your next special event or just help satisfy your sweet craving.
We bake according to demand, so please provide at least 2 business days processing time for your order. You can also plan further in advance by selecting the date and time of pick up when you order. If you have an urgent need give us a call and we will try to help!
Check back with us often as new items will get added to the menu!
We are available via website, email or phone if you would like to place an order or have a question. Please see the contacts page.
Even though not a requirement, I have obtained a Food Handlers Essentials Certificate from State Food Safety.
"These products are produced at a private residence that is exempt from state licensing and inspection. These products may contain allergens."
For a small $5 fee we will deliver to your business in Loudon, Lenoir City and Farragut. Just give us a call to place your order.
Payment is due at time of order since everything is made to order. If there are any issues I would be happy to discuss it on a case by case basis.
We offer pick up at the address provided. This MUST be scheduled to make sure we have availability. We do not offer any spontaneous drive up services. Just pick a date and time when checking out or we will discuss and provide a time during your phone order.
Please be mindful of the time you select. If you are unable to make the time we set up, please call to reschedule or let me know you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate!
We are currently working on getting some of our baked goods ready to be able to ship, so stay tuned for updates very soon on that. However, we will only be able to ship to TN addresses due to being a home bakery.
A little about Me:
Welcome! My name is Heather. I have been baking for family and friends for a long time. Many years ago I started selling at the farmers markets in Illinois. Back then I was blessed enough for a church to allow me to use their commercial kitchen. The thing I enjoyed most about the farmers market is seeing the same people come visit and buy their favorite treat every week. I loved getting to know my regular customers. Since then I moved to TN always planning on baking for the public again and opening a storefront. I spent some time looking for locations, but I never found that perfect spot. Then I discovered the TN Food Freedom Act and decided to bake from my home kitchen.
I love being in the kitchen with the sweet smells that remind me of my childhood. Some recipes are passed down from family and others are ones I have perfected over the years. I can't wait to share all of these sweet treats with you.
I hope you have a truly amazing day!
